摘　　要：本文讨论传统固定总价总承包项目管理模式,并通过SWOT框架对固定单价总承包项目管理模式产生的问题以及适用的情况进行分析,最后基于项目完成经验,对固定单价总承包项目管理模式的管理重点做出提示。本文对总承包价格模式具有借鉴意义,有利于丰富总承包工程中发包人与承包人的风险分担模式,从而有助于项目选择更适用于其特点的项目管理模式。This paper discusses the traditional fixed-price general contract project management model,and through the SWOT framework of the f ixed-price general contract project management model problems and applicable situation analysis,finally,based on the project completion experience,the fixed unit price of the total contract project management model to make the key management tips.This paper can be used for reference in order to enrich the risk-sharing model between the contractor and the contractor,and help to choose the project management model which is more suitable for the characteristics of the project.
