摘　　要：本文重点研究BIM技术在设计阶段工程算量方面的应用,针对BIM主流软件Revit无法直接兼容国内的计量规则和计价规范的问题,提出基于BIM主流软件Revit的工程计量路径,并以实际项目为研究基础深入挖掘,剖析Revit在批量处理构件扣减关系、算量模型的建模规则以及工程量清单编码映射等方面的技术路径,为清单计价模式下BIM算量提供经验参考。The paper focus on the application of BIM technology in engineering calculations during the design phase,puts forward an engineering measurement approach based on the widely-used BIM software Revit to addressthe problem that the mainstream BIM-based software Revit is not directly compatible with domestic measurement rules and pricing norms.The technical path of batch modifying Revit component deduction relationships,modeling rules for calculation models,and coding mapping for bill of quantities is dissected by comprehensive analysisa practical project example.This paper offers valuable insights into BIM calculations underthe modeof list pricing.
