摘  要:寒冷地区复合办公建筑因其功能的复杂性有着较大的低碳设计潜力。本文基于我国目前现有的建筑节能减碳措施,以西部(咸阳)创业湾科研工坊2号产业信息服务中心为例,从被动式设计为先、主动式设计优化、可再生能源利用、高效智能物联网控制四个方面,进行复合办公建筑低碳关键技术设计研究。为寒冷地区同类型建筑实现低碳目标提供切实可行的实施方案,推动寒冷地区建筑可持续发展。Composite office buildings in cold regions have great potential for low-carbon design due to their complex functions.This article is based on the existing measures for building energy conservation and carbon reduction in China.Taking the 2#Industrial Information Service Center of the Western(Xianyang)Entrepreneurship Bay Research Workshop as an example,it conducts research on low-carbon key technology design for composite office buildings from four aspects:passive design first,active design optimization,renewable energy utilization,and efficient intelligent Internet of Things control.Provide practical and feasible implementation plans for achieving low-carbon goals for similar buildings in cold regions,and promote sustainable development of buildings in cold regions.
