地库顶板后浇带分离式支撑体系技术经济分析

摘　　要：地库顶板后浇带钢管扣件双排架支撑体系具有质量控制难、安全隐患大、通行性与经济性差等缺点。对东莞万科嘉城花园一区、二区项目的地库顶板后浇带支撑体系(盘扣架格构柱支撑和PVC砼构造柱支撑),进行方案设计与费用平衡点分析。结果表明,本项目盘扣架格构柱与PVC砼构造柱的支撑费用平衡点时间为17个月,一区、二区伸缩后浇带与沉降后浇带的支撑时间均小于17个月,一区后浇带支撑采用盘扣架格构柱,经济效益明显优于二区后浇带支撑采用PVC砼构造柱。The system of double-row steel tubecoupler support for the post-cast strip on the basement roof has drawbacks such as difficulty in quality control,high safety risks,poor accessibility,and lack of cost-effectiveness.Therefore,the post-cast strip on the basement roof of Phase 1 and Phase 2 projects of Vanke Jiacheng Garden in Dongguan were supported by two separate support systems:a lattice columnsupport system of disk lock steel tubular scaffold and a PVC concrete construct column support system.Scheme design and cost balance point analysis were conducted for two types of separated support systems.The results show that the equilibrium point time for the support cost between the lattice column of disk lock steel tubular scaffold and the PVC concrete construct column in the projectsis 17 months.The support time forthe expansion and contraction post-cast strip and the settlement post-cast strip in Phase 1 and Phase 2 projectsis less than 17.Therefore,using the lattice column of disk lock steel tubular scaffold supports the post-cast stripin Phase 1 project,which is significantly more cost-effective than using the PVC concrete construct column for the support of post-cast strip in Phase 2 project.
