摘　　要：金属与石材等钢龙骨幕墙面板材料的转运和安装极为不便,吊篮按规定只作为操作平台,高空作业车运输面材受高度和载重限制,且单框安装完成需来回起落装载,耗费工时。本文以苏州吴中太湖新城项目公建地块外立面工程为依托,设计一种可拆卸提升机三角架,利用该三角架能够实现钢龙骨幕墙面板材料高效运输,灵活拆卸切换工作面,且安全性能高,成品保护好,能够作为钢龙骨幕墙面板材料运输工具推广,具有广阔应用前景。The transportation and installation of steel keel curtain wall panel materials such as metal and stone are extremely inconvenient.The hanging basket is only used as an operating platform according to regulations.The transportation of surface materials by aerial work vehicles is limited by height and load capacity,and the installation of a single frame requires back and forth loading,which consumes time.Based on the facade project of the public building plot of Suzhou Wuzhong the Taihu Lake New City Project,this paper designs a detachable electric hoist tripod.The tripod can realize efficient transportation of steel keel curtain wall panel materials,flexible disassembly and switching working faces,and has high safety performance and good protection of finished products.It can be promoted as a means of transportation of steel keel curtain wall panel materials,with broad application prospects.
