摘 要:针对建筑概念设计影响因素多等难点,引入制造业领域的质量功能展开理论(QFD),融合模糊层次分析法(FAHP)进行权重分配,构建基于QFD与FAHP的建筑概念设计方案评价模型,并以贝壳花桥学堂项目为例,进行了实际工程应用与检验。结果表明,通过QFD理论实现需求与产品特性的转换,同时FAHP降低专家个人偏好的影响,实现对建筑概念设计方案精准的定量定性评价,提升概念设计方案与实际需求的匹配度,相关结论可为类似方案评价提供技术参考与指导。In response to the difficulties of multiple influencing factors in architectural conceptual design,the Quality Function Deployment Theory(QFD)in the manufacturing industry was introduced,and the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP)was integrated for weight allocation.A building conceptual design scheme evaluation model based on QFD and FAHP was constructed,and the practical engineering application and verification were carried out using the project of Beike Huaqiao School as an example.The research revealed that the conversion between demand and product characteristics has been achieved through QFD theory,while FAHP reduces the influence of expert personal preferences on assignment,forming a more accurate quantitative and qualitative evaluation of architectural conceptual design schemes,and improving the matching degree between conceptual design schemes and actual needs.Relevant conclusions can provide technical reference and guidance for similar project scheme evaluation.
