摘　　要：重大工程项目在重视信息化智能化工具使用的同时,更应关注项目数据治理与中国式关系治理的耦合关系,以发挥两者协同作用。在对重大工程项目数据治理和中国式关系治理概念界定的基础上,提出两者耦合情景包括正耦合和负耦合。博弈分析表明,无论在正耦合还是负耦合情景,业主方和其他项目参与方都会分别选择数据治理和中国式关系治理策略。While emphasizing the utilization of informatization and intelligent tools in megaprojects,we should also pay attention to the coupling relationship between project data governance and guanxi governance in order to achieve their synergistic effect.Based on the conceptual definitions of data governance and guanxi governance in megaprojects,we propose that the coupling scenarios between the two include positive coupling and negative coupling.Game theory analysis shows that regardless of the positive or negative coupling scenarios,the owners and other project participants will choose data governance and guanxi governance strategies respectively.
