摘　　要：推广绿色建造是城乡建设领域落实“双碳”目标,贯彻生态保护和高质量发展重大国家战略的重要举措。研究绿色建造供给侧主体交互过程及其演化规律,可为推动绿色建造良性发展提供理论依据。本文以政府和房地产开发企业为博弈主体构建演化博弈模型,依据演化收益矩阵和复制动态方程,分析模型局部稳定性并通过数值模拟验证,最后从强化政策引导、推动多元主体协同和构建良性产业生态三个方面提出绿色建造推广的优化策略。The promotion of green construction serves as a crucial measure for realizing the"double carbon"objective in urban and rural development,while also aligning with the national strategy of ecological protection and high-quality advancement.Investigating the interaction process and evolutionary patterns of key stakeholders on the supply side of green construction can furnish a theoretical foundation for facilitating sustainable development within this domain.The paper presents an evolutionary game model involving the government and real estate development enterprises as players,examines the local stability of the model based on the evolutionary income matrix and replication dynamic equation,and validates it through numerical simulation.Finally,it proposes optimization strategies for promoting green construction from three perspectives:enhancing policy guidance,fostering cooperation among multiple stakeholders,and cultivating a robust industrial ecology.
