摘　　要：本文基于人口统计学变量对老旧小区完善类改造居民支付意愿影响因素展开分析研究。首先论文基于人口统计学变量提出研究假设,通过对南京市完善类改造老旧小区问卷发放以及有效回收得到调研结果并进行描述性分析;其次,基于独立样本T检验以及单因素ANOVA方差分析方法对人口统计学进行组间差异性分析,在此基础上,基于LSD多重比较法对具有显著差异性的变量进行组内差异性分析。最终依据变量显著性验证假设。This article conducts an analysis and research on the influencing factors of residents'willingness to pay for the renovation of old residential areas based on demographic variables.Firstly,the paper proposes research hypotheses based on demographic variables.The survey results are obtained through the distribution and effective collection of questionnaires for the renovation of old residential areas in Nanjing,and descriptive analysis is conducted.Secondly,inter group differences in population statistics are analyzed using independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA analysis of variance.Based on this,within group differences in variables with significant differences are analyzed using LSD multiple comparison method.Finally,the hypothesis is validated based on the significance of the variables.
