摘 要:装配式预制构件工厂耗电量较大,利用光伏发电可以与外购电量形成互补,同时余电可以并网,有效提升工厂的经济效益和环境效益。光伏安装过程中,需确定合理的装机容量。从绿电率和行业基准收益率出发,推导出分布式光伏装机容量的合理范围及流程,结合福建某装配式预制构件工厂实际案例进行分析,验证范围确定及流程的合理性。Prefabricated prefabricated component factories consume a large amount of electricity,and utilizing photovoltaic power generation can complement purchased electricity.At the same time,surplus electricity can be connected to the grid,effectively improving the economic and environmental benefits of the factory.During the photovoltaic installation process,it is necessary to determine a reasonable installed capacity.Starting from the green electricity ratio and industry benchmark return rate,the reasonable range and process of distributed photovoltaic installed capacity were derived.Combined with an actual case of a prefabricated component factory in Fujian,the rationality of the range determination and process was verified.
