摘　　要：为保障抽水蓄能有序发展,相关配套价格机制政策不断完善。本文通过研究抽水蓄能电站成本构成,建立抽水蓄能电站成本核算模型,通过分析现阶段抽水蓄能电站的电量电价形成方式,推导容量电价计算方法,提出抽水蓄能电站电价疏导路径。To ensure the orderly development of pumped storage,relevant pricing mechanisms and policies have been continuously improved.This article establishes a cost accounting model for pumped storage power stations by studying their cost composition;By analyzing the current electricity price formation mode of pumped storage power stations,the calculation method of capacity electricity price is derived.
