面向堡坎的居住单元采光优化设计研究——以重庆大学B区建工东村采光受限居民楼为例

摘  要:天然采光是住宅物理环境的重要组成部分,充足舒适的天然采光有利于人的生理和心理健康。调查发现,重庆地区许多建筑依山而建,尤其是被堡坎遮挡的居民楼存在采光受限的情况。本文以重庆大学B区建工东村采光受限居民楼为例,通过现场调研,数据测量,DIALux软件建模模拟,发现被堡坎遮挡的低楼层居民楼室内采光严重不足,居民满意度较低。本文设计了建立在堡坎和窗上的可变建筑反光构件,并通过模拟实验证明该构件可以使室内照度得到显著提升。本研究可为提高面向堡坎的建筑单元室内天然光照度提供建议。Natural lighting is an important part of the physical environment of the residence,and sufficient and comfortable natural lighting is beneficial to people's physical and mental health.The survey found that many buildings in Chongqing are built along the mountain,especially the residential buildings that are blocked by the forts,and there is limited daylight.Taking the residential building with limited lighting in Jiangongdongcun,in Campus B of Chongqing University as an example,through on-site investigation,data measurement,DIALux software modeling and simulation,it is found that the natural lighting of the residential building blocked by the low-rise lighting surface of the fort is seriously insufficient,and the residents are dissatisfied with this.In this regard,we designed variable building reflective elements built on the ridges and windows,and proved through simulation experiments that the above improvements can significantly improve the illumination of the interior.This study can provide suggestions for improving the indoor natural light level of the building units facing the fort.
