摘  要:全面介绍了高压电气设备试验的方法及安全措施。高压试验需精心准备,遵循严谨步骤,采用绝缘电阻、泄漏电流、介质损坏因子测量、交流耐压和直流耐压等多种测试手段。为确保安全,需实施设备安全检查、人员防护、接地保护、现场管理并制定紧急预案。设备检查涵盖外观、连接、电气与绝缘性能;人员需专业培训,配备防护装备。接地、布局、监督、安全制度及预案构成综合防护体系。紧急预案需精心制定并严格执行,定期演练提升应急能力。这些综合措施确保高压试验安全有效,保障电力系统稳定运行。This paper provides a comprehensive introduction to the methods and safety measures for high-voltage electrical equipment testing.High-voltage testing requires meticulous preparation and strict adherence to procedures,utilizing various testing means such as insulation resistance,leakage current,dielectric loss factor measurement,AC withstand voltage,and DC withstand voltage tests.To ensure safety,equipment safety inspections,personnel protection,grounding protection,site management,and emergency response plans need to be implemented.Equipment inspections cover appearance,connections,electrical and insulation properties;personnel require professional training and protective equipment.Grounding,layout,supervision,safety protocols,and emergency plans constitute a comprehensive protection system.Emergency plans must be carefully formulated and strictly enforced,with regular drills conducted to enhance emergency response capabilities.These comprehensive measures ensure the safety and effectiveness of high-voltage testing,safeguarding the stable operation of the power system.
