摘 要:随着工业自动化技术的不断发展,电气自动化系统在生产过程中发挥着日益重要的作用。自20世纪80年代以来,随着化工行业规模的不断扩大,电气自动化系统逐渐由传统的人工控制向更加智能化、自动化的方向发展,推动了系统故障诊断技术的创新。尽管传统的故障诊断方法,如人工巡检和阈值报警,曾在一定程度上满足了初期发展的需求,但随着生产环境的日益复杂化,这些方法逐渐暴露出其局限性,无法有效应对现代化电气系统中的多变故障模式。With the continuous development of industrial automation technology,the electrical automation system plays an increasingly important role in the production process.Since the 80s of the 20th century,with the continuous expansion of the scale of the chemical industry,the electrical automation system has gradually developed from the traditional manual control to a more intelligent and automated direction,which has promoted the innovation of system fault diagnosis technology.Although traditional fault diagnosis methods,such as manual inspection and threshold alarm,once met the needs of the initial development to a certain extent,with the increasing complexity of the production environment,these methods gradually exposed their limitations and could not effectively deal with the variable failure modes in modern electrical systems.
