摘  要:为满足用水要求和经济运行目的,降低离心泵的损耗。通过选择采用调速调节的运行方式,分析离心泵的调速节能原理及调速节能运行效果的影响因素,当不考虑定速泵、调速装置对调速运行的影响,且泵处于H=SQ2的管路特性中时,相比于离心泵节流调节,调速调节的节能消耗较好。且离心泵调速调节的节能效果随着调节量的增大而增大。当泵流量为0.6Q时,离心泵节能效果为74.58%。In order to meet the water requirements and economic operation purposes,reduce the loss of centrifugal pumps.By choosing the operation mode of speed regulation,analyzing the principle of energy saving of centrifugal pump speed regulation and the influencing factors of energy-saving operation effect of speed regulation,the energy-saving consumption of speed regulation is better compared with that of centrifugal pump throttling regulation when the influence of fixed-speed pumps and speed regulating devices on the speed regulation operation is not taken into account and the pumps are in the pipeline characteristics of H=SQ2.And the energy saving effect of centrifugal pump speed regulation increases with the increase in regulation.When the pump flow rate is 0.6Q,the energy saving effect of centrifugal pump is 74.58%.
