刮板输送机中部槽物料冲击摩擦磨损特性研究

摘  要:为了解决刮板输送机中部槽磨损严重的问题,通过利用数值模拟软件对中部槽受力及磨损情况进行研究,发现运输物料过程中,物料对中部槽碰撞产生的磨损最主要发生在落料区,磨损呈现为条状,主要出现在刮板链链条两侧,同时在槽帮内侧和链道处磨损最为严重。同时对不同链速及落料区、运输区下的中部槽磨损情况进行分析,给出了中部槽磨损规律,为下一步中部槽设计补强优化提供依据,为企业降本增效作出贡献。In order to solve the problem of serious wear in the middle trough of scraper conveyor,the force and wear of the middle trough are studied by using numerical simulation software,and it is found that in the process of transporting materials,the wear caused by the collision of materials on the middle trough occurs mainly in the drop zone,and the wear is shown as a strip,and the wear mainly occurs on the two sides of the scraper chain,and the wear is the most serious in the inside of the trough gang and the chain path.At the same time,we analyze the wear of the central trough under different chain speeds,and under the falling area and transportation area,and give the wear law of the central trough,which provides the basis for the optimization of the design of the central trough and contributes to the cost reduction and efficiency of the enterprise.
