摘 要:以ZY4000-14-30掩护式液压支架为研究对象,介绍一种基于有限元分析的掩护式液压支架动力学分析方法。该方法首先利用液压支架结构特点与材料特性等为依据,构建出液压支架的有限元模型,然后以此为基础,分别模拟分析了不同工况条件下液压支架整体结构及顶梁、掩护梁、连杆等结构的应力、变形情况,以此寻找出液压支架的薄弱点,为液压支架结构优化设计提供支持,确保液压支架在煤矿生产作业中发挥出更大的作用。Taking ZY4000-14-30 covered hydraulic support as an example,a dynamic analysis method of covered hydraulic support based on finite element analysis is introduced.The method firstly constructs a finite element model of the hydraulic support based on the structural characteristics and material properties of the hydraulic support,and then simulates and analyzes the stress and deformation of the overall structure of the hydraulic support and the structures of the roof beam,cover beam,connecting rod and other structures under different working conditions,so as to find out the weak points of the hydraulic support,and provide support for the optimization of the design of the structure of the hydraulic support to ensure that it can play a more important role in the production and operation of the coal mine.The hydraulic support can play a greater role in the coal mine production operation.
