摘 要:为了提升底板不平整工况条件下刮板输送机的运行效果,以FT270刮板输送机为研究对象,对其刮板输送机中部槽动力学分析。动力学模拟分析过程中,先建立出中部槽的有限元模型,以此为基础从总体与典型单元两个方面出发,模拟分析中部槽的应力分布情况,以使设计人员准确了解中部槽各区域的受力情况,及时发现中部槽中存在的曲线,进而为中部槽结构的优化打下良好基础,确保中部槽性能满足要求的同时,提升中部槽刚度与强度,提升整个刮板输送机在煤矿开采中的应用效果。In order to improve the operation effect of scraper conveyor under the condition of uneven bottom plate,the dynamics of the middle trough of scraper conveyor is analyzed by taking FT270 scraper conveyor as an example.In the process of dynamics simulation and analysis,the finite element model of the central trough is established first,and the stress distribution of the central trough is simulated and analyzed on the basis of the overall and typical unit,so as to enable the designers to accurately understand the stress situation of each area of the central trough,and to discover the curves in the central trough in a timely manner,so as to lay a good foundation for the optimization of the structure of the central trough,and to ensure that the central trough's performance meets the requirements,and to improve the stiffness and strength of the central trough,and to improve the rigidity and strength of the central trough.Enhance the rigidity and strength of the central trough,and improve the application effect of the whole scraper machine in coal mining.
