摘  要:根据现代煤矿矿井反风管理需求,设计一种矿用主扇风机电液快速紧固装置机械结构,并通过有限元分析的方式,分别对该装置的静力学特性与动力学特性予以分析,最后通过实践应用的方式,验证该装置应用效果与有限元模拟分析结果进行验证。通过有限元模拟分析可以发现,该装置强度与刚度较高,符合规定要求,各结构模块运行过程中基本不会出现损伤,可将其应用到现代煤矿领域。According to the modern coal mine mine anti-wind management needs,design a mine main fan machine electro-hydraulic fast fastening device mechanical structure,and through the way of finite element analysis,respectively,the static characteristics of the device and the kinetic characteristics to be analyzed,and finally through the way of practical application,to verify the effectiveness of the application of the device and the finite element simulation analysis results for verification,through the finite element simulation analysis,can be found that the device Through the finite element simulation analysis,it can be found that the device has high strength and stiffness,which meets the requirements of the regulations,and the structural modules basically will not be damaged during operation,so that it can be applied to the field of modern coal mine.
