摘 要:为了提升煤矿筛选质量与效率,设计一种直线振动筛并对其进行动力学分析,介绍了直线振动筛设计方案,然后以此为基础,构建出振动筛的有限元模型,并由ABAQUS软件自动对模型进行模态分析与谐响应分析,以展示出直线振动筛的动力学特点,判断振动筛结构动力学特性是否符合要求,以此为动力筛结构的优化设计提供支持,有利于选煤厂更好地开展选煤作业。In order to improve the quality and efficiency of coal mine screening,a linear vibrating screen was designed and its dynamics were analyzed.First of all,the linear vibrating screen design scheme is briefly introduced,and then based on this,the finite element model of the vibrating screen is constructed,and the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the model are automatically carried out by ABAQUS software to show the dynamic characteristics of the linear vibrating screen and determine whether the dynamic characteristics of the vibrating screen structure meet the requirements,so as to provide support for the optimization design of the dynamic screen structure.It is helpful for coal preparation plant to carry out coal preparation operation better.
