摘 要:以DC260/160Y矿用单轨电动机车为例,介绍一种基于有限元分析的矿用单轨电动机车起重装置静力学分析与优化方法。首先,以ANSYS软件为主要工具,构建出起重装置的有限元模型,通过网格划分,载荷设置后,软件自动对起重装置的静力学特性与模态特性予以分析,以寻找出起重装置的薄弱点,进而以此为基础对起重装置结构进行优化设计。通过应用分析可以发现,优化后的起重装置结构应力水平较低,符合规定要求,可将该静力学分析与优化方法应用到实际当中。Taking DC260/160Y mining monorail electric locomotive as an example,a static analysis and optimization method of lifting device of mining monorail electric locomotive based on finite element analysis is introduced.First of all,using ANSYS software as the main tool,the finite element model of the lifting device is constructed,and the static and modal characteristics of the lifting device are analyzed automatically through mesh division and load setting to find out the weak points of the lifting device,and then optimize the design of the lifting device structure on the basis of this.Through the application of analysis,it can be found that the optimized lifting device structure stress level is low,in line with the requirements of the provisions of the static analysis and optimization method can be applied in practice.
