摘 要:传统数控车床在上下料过程中主要依靠人工操作,工人劳动强度大、生产效率低。为解决这一问题,研究了卧式数控车床自动上下料装置的设计。根据数控车床的具体参数和加工要求,设计了机械手爪、桁架机械手等关键部件,通过Solidworks建立三维模型。采用三菱FX3U-48MT型PLC构建控制系统。通过静力测试、模态测试和运行效率测试验证了装置性能,旨在提供高效、稳定的卧式数控车床上下料自动化解决方案。With the increasing demand for high-precision and high-efficiency machining in modern manufacturing,CNC machine tools have become key processing equipment.Traditional CNC machine tools mainly rely on manual operation in the loading and unloading process,which results in high labor intensity and low production efficiency for workers.To address this issue,this article investigates the design of an automatic loading and unloading device for horizontal CNC lathes.Based on the specific parameters and processing requirements of the CNC lathe,key components such as robotic claws and truss robotic arms were designed,and a 3D model was established using Solidworks.Design and establish a control system using Mitsubishi FX3U-48MT PLC.The performance of the device has been verified through static testing,modal testing,and operational efficiency testing,aiming to provide an efficient and stable solution for automatic loading and unloading of horizontal CNC lathes.
