医用治疗床剪叉升降机构的设计与分析

摘　　要：为了解决现有医用直线加速器治疗床的剪叉升降机构在升降过程中存在重心偏移的问题,在现有治疗床升降机构的基础上,提出一种铰接-铰接的剪叉升降机构,结合实际医用治疗床的工作状况,根据力学平衡原理对剪叉机构的剪叉臂进行受力分析,应用有限元模拟仿真技术,对剪叉臂进行了受力分析和强度校核,分析显示强度满足设计要求。同时对新结构剪叉升降机构的特点进行了分析,在功能上也可满足医用治床的升降需求,为医用治疗床的升降结构提供一种新的思路。In order to solve the problem of the center of gravity deviation in the lifting mechanism of the existing medical linear accelerator treatment bed,based on the existing lifting mechanism of the treatment bed,based on the working condition of the actual medical treatment bed,this paper presents a kind of hinged-hinged shear fork lifting mechanism,analyzes the forces on the arm of the shear fork according to the principle of mechanical balance,and applies the finite element simulation technology,the force analysis and strength check of the shear arm show that the strength meets the design requirements.At the same time,the characteristics of the new structure are analyzed,which can satisfy the lifting demand of the medical treatment bed in function,and provide a new idea for the lifting structure of the medical treatment bed.
