摘 要:冬季气温较低,尤其是我国北方地区,煤炭在长距离运输后火车厢底部的煤炭会因为结冰形成一层厚厚的冻煤。不同的地区因温度差异,煤炭的含水量不同及煤炭种类的不同,形成的冻煤层厚度也不一样。翻车机作业后,车厢内的冻煤会遗留在火车厢内部,附着在车厢底部和侧面。因铁路货运都是按次序发车,每节车厢卸车的时间有限,因此冻煤产生时需要及时将冻煤清理。通过对各种冻煤清理方式的作业原理进行介绍并对从作业效率、优缺点等方面进行了对比分析,提出了一种全新的冻煤破碎收集装置,这种装置采用龙门架结构,能够将火车厢内残余冻煤破碎并传送至车厢外的料斗内,极大地提高煤炭卸车效率。In winter,the temperature is low,especially in the northern region of China,the coal at the bottom of the train compartment will form a thick layer of frozen coal because of icing after long-distance transportation.The thickness of frozen coal layer is different in different areas due to temperature difference,different water content of coal and different types of coal.After the tipper operation,the frozen coal inside the wagon will be left inside the train wagon and attached to the bottom and sides of the wagon.Since the railroad freight is in order,the time for unloading each car is limited,so the frozen coal needs to be cleaned up in time when the frozen coal is generated.Through the introduction of the operating principle of various frozen coal cleaning methods and comparative analysis of operational efficiency,advantages and disadvantages,a new frozen coal crushing and collecting device is proposed,which adopts the gantry structure and can crush the residual frozen coal in the train compartment and transfer it to the hopper outside the compartment,which greatly improves the unloading efficiency of the coal.
