摘　　要：为了解决传统大型起吊工具是C型钩吊运钢带卷时钢带卷滑动、震动的问题,设计了一种新型钢带卷吊装专用吊钩,同时对新设计的吊装专用吊钩进行实际应用,发现通过气缸带动推板运动可将被吊运的钢带卷固定在推板与防脱落挡块之间,有效解决了吊取的过程中钢带卷出现的震动的问题,提升钢带卷吊装过程的安全性。In order to solve the problem of sliding and vibration of steel strip coil when the traditional large lifting tool is C-hook,a new type of special hook for steel strip coil lifting is designed,which effectively solves the problem of strong collision of lifted steel strip coil with C-hook.At the same time,the newly designed special hook for lifting is applied in practice,and it is found that the movement of the push plate driven by the cylinder can fix the lifted steel strip coil between the push plate and the anti-dislodgement block,which effectively solves the problem of vibration of the steel strip coil in the process of lifting,and improves the safety of the lifting process of the steel strip coil.
