摘  要:变频调速技术在带式输送机上的节能控制应用,实现了对带速和运量的精准调控。通过PLC控制器接收执行调速指令,完成相关运算,以实现不断变化的运输需求。同时电动机根据实时反馈调整转速,有效实现节能控制。本系统采用双CPU冗余技术,增强了整体的可靠性。通过启动预警和带速与煤量测量,能够实现功率平衡控制,优化能耗使用。这种智能化控制不仅节约了大量电能,而且提高了节电效率,使得节能效益显著,为煤矿等企业的可持续发展提供了有力支持。The energy-saving control application of frequency conversion speed control technology on belt conveyor realizes the precise regulation and control of belt speed and transport capacity.The PLC controller receives and executes the speed regulation instruction and completes the relevant arithmetic to realize the ever-changing transportation demand.At the same time,the motor adjusts the speed according to real-time feedback,effectively realizing energy-saving control.The system adopts dual CPU redundancy technology to enhance the overall reliability.Through start-up warning and belt speed and coal measurement,it is able to achieve power balance control and optimize energy usage.This intelligent control not only saves a large amount of power,but also improves the power-saving efficiency,making the energy-saving benefits significant and providing strong support for the sustainable development of coal mines and other enterprises.
