摘　　要：小型移动提升装置是一种着力于实验室服务的机械设备,它是由提升构、移动机构以及PLC控制组成。为解决实验室移动重物难、抬取重物费力费时间等问题,介绍了总体结构以及提升机构设计,对小型移动提升装置进行整体结构分析,确定其结构划分及功能,分别对各个机构展开详细分析,以期此研究对相关设计提供技术参考。Small mobile lifting device makes a kind of mechanical equipment focusing on laboratory service,which is composed of three main parts,namely,lifting structure,mobile mechanism and PLC control.Mainly solve the laboratory to move heavy objects difficult to lift heavy objects laborious and time-consuming problems.It mainly introduces the overall structure and the design of lifting mechanism,analyzes the overall structure of the small mobile lifting device,determines its structural division and function,and then carries out the detailed analysis of each mechanism.Lifting mechanism can be divided into two parts,lifting part and rotating part,which lifting part of the reel as the core of the lifting mechanism,which provides references for the similar technology.
