摘 要:液压夹紧钢桩装置是连接导管架和钢桩,提高导管架安装效率的重要设备。设计了一种液压夹紧钢桩装置油缸,并进行了载荷计算;总结了液压夹紧钢桩装置的类型,对其油缸的选型进行了讨论和建议;通过有限元分析验证了可行性,为海上导管架安装对于液压夹紧钢桩装置的油缸选型分析和载荷计算提供了指导。Hydraulic clamping steel pile device is an important equipment to connect the conduit frame and steel pile steadily and improve the efficiency of conduit frame installation.In this paper,a hydraulic clamping steel pile device cylinder is designed and load calculation is carried out;after that,the types of hydraulic clamping steel pile device are summarized,and the selection of its cylinder is discussed and suggested.After that,it summarizes the types of hydraulic clamping steel pile device,and discusses and suggests its cylinder selection.Finally,the feasibility is verified by finite element analysis,which provides guidance for the cylinder selection analysis and load calculation of hydraulic clamping steel pile device for offshore conduit rack installation.
