摘　　要：某型工程装备是一种结构简单、可靠实用的军用工程装备,该装备具有爆破扫雷、强磁场扫雷和机械式扫雷三大功能。其中的爆破扫雷和磁场扫雷装置具有扫雷效率高、可靠性与环境适应性强等优点,在演习训练和作战应用中得到了广泛应用。因这两种扫雷装置中应用了PLC等嵌入式控制技术,在使用中如果出现异常,故障的检测、判断、排除与维修过程较为复杂,导致其修理难度较高,对装备的管理、使用与维修造成不便。在分析其工作原理和故障机理的基础上,进行了这两个系统故障检测的需求分析、总体设计和系统开发。故障检测系统的硬件采用了模块化和嵌入式技术进行制作,软件应用了虚拟仪器技术、数据流技术和数据库技术进行设计。所研究的故障检测装置具有操作简便、接口友好、实用性强、可靠性高等优点,可为基层部队的装备维修保障人员提供方便且实用的故障检测装置,提高部队的装备维修保障能力。Certain type of engineering equipment is a military engineering equipment with simple structure,reliable and practical,which has three functions:blasting minesweeping,high magnetic field minesweeping and mechanical minesweeping.The explosive minesweeping equipment and magnetic field minesweeping equipment have the advantages of high minesweeping efficiency,reliability and environmental adaptability,and have been widely used in exercise training and combat applications.Due to the application of embedded control technology such as PLC in these two minesweeping devices,if there is an anomaly in the use of fault detection,judgment,elimination and maintenance process is more complicated,resulting in high repair difficulty,and inconvenience to the management,use and maintenance of equipment.Based on the analysis of its working principle and fault mechanism,the requirements analysis,overall design and system development of these two systems are carried out in this paper.The hardware of the fault detection system is made by modular and embedded technology,and the software is designed by virtual instrument technology,data flow technology and database technology.The fault detection device has the advantages of simple operation,friendly interface,strong practicability and high reliability.It can provide a convenient and practical fault detection device for the equipment maintenance support personnel of the basic troops,and improve the equipment maintenance support ability of the troops.
