摘  要:详细研究了电助力野营小车的设计及优化过程,通过综合运用CATIA建模软件、ANSYS模态分析技术实现了电助力功能的设计和添加,以及小车性能的全面提升。在建模阶段,利用CATIA软件构建了小车的三维模型,为后续的分析和优化提供了基础。通过ANSYS模态分析,深入研究了小车的振动特性,为结构设计的优化提供了理论依据。在电助力功能的添加方面,通过选择合适的电机、电池等关键部件,并优化控制策略,实现了小车的平稳行驶和高效运输。This article elaborately studies the design and optimization process of an electrically assisted camping cart,achieving the design and integration of electric assistance functionality,as well as comprehensive enhancement of the cart's performance,through the combined utilization of CATIA modeling software and ANSYS modal analysis technology.In the modeling phase,a three-dimensional model of the cart was constructed using CATIA software,laying the foundation for subsequent analysis and optimization.Through ANSYS modal analysis,the vibration characteristics of the cart were deeply investigated,providing theoretical basis for structural design optimization.Regarding the addition of electric assistance functionality,smooth driving and efficient transportation of the cart were achieved by selecting appropriate key components such as motors,batteries,and optimizing control strategies.
