皮带运输机驱动装置问题分析及改进措施

摘  要:针对皮带运输机能耗大、故障率高的问题,提出皮带运输机驱动装置优化措施。分析了皮带运输机驱动装置存在的问题,从驱动结构、制动结构两方面提出优化措施并完成空载、重载试验和节能分析。分析结果表明,优化后的皮带运输机驱动装置满足运行要求,空载运行节能比为24.29%,重载运行节能比为18.09%,提升了皮带运输机运输效率和运输安全系数。In the view of the problems of high energy consumption and high failure rate of belt conveyer,the optimization measures of driving device of belt conveyer are put forward.This paper briefly analyzes the problems existing in the driving device of belt conveyor,puts forward the optimization measures from two aspects of driving structure and braking structure,and finishes the no-load and heavy load test and energy saving analysis.The analysis results show that the optimized belt conveyor drive device meets the operation requirements,the energy saving ratio of no-load operation is 24.29%,and the energy saving ratio of heavy load operation is 18.09%,which improves the transportation efficiency and transportation safety factor of the belt conveyor.
