摘 要:为进一步探究选煤厂煤泥分选系统的优化设计策略,以某选煤厂重介分选系统为研究对象,针对其主要技术参数未实现智能控制的现状,基于PID模糊控制和智能算法等技术方法,对悬浮液的密度、黏度、介质桶液位、入口压力这四项指标分别建立智能控制方案,实现对重介分选系统关键指标的全面智能控制。从实际测试效果来看,该选煤厂的溢流灰分指标显著降低,精煤产量显著提升,发挥出了一定的经济和社会效益,可考虑进一步推广应用。In order to further explore the optimization design strategy of the slime sorting system in a coal preparation plant,taking the heavy medium sorting system in a coal preparation plant as the research object,aiming at the status quo that the main technical parameters of the system have not realized intelligent control,based on PID fuzzy control and intelligent algorithm,intelligent control schemes were established for four indexes of suspension density,viscosity,medium barrel level and inlet pressure respectively.To realize the comprehensive intelligent control of the key indexes of the heavy medium sorting system.From the actual test results,the overflow ash index of the coal preparation plant is significantly reduced,and the output of cleaned coal is significantly increased,which has played a certain economic and social benefits,and can be considered for further popularization and application.
