摘  要:为了解决采煤机摇臂工况环境下稳定性差的问题,通过利用数值模拟软件对摇臂工况受力变形进行分析,首先对摇臂工作角度-20°、0°、20°、55°四种情况下的摇臂应力及位移云图进行分析,发现当工作角度为55°时,结构最大应力超过许用应力,所以对采煤机摇臂壳体进行优化,经过优化后等效应力从优化前的152.16 MPa降至130.77 MPa,减小了14.1%,所以优化方案可行。In order to solve the problem of poor stability of the rocker arm of coal mining machine under working conditions,the force and deformation of the rocker arm under working conditions are analyzed by using numerical simulation software.Firstly,the stress and displacement cloud diagrams of the rocker arm in four cases of rocker arm working angles of-20°,0°,20°and 55°are analyzed,and it is found that the maximum stress of the structure exceeds the permissible stress when the working angle is 55°,therefore,the rocker arm case of coal mining machine is optimized.After optimization,the equivalent stress is reduced from 152.16 MPa to 130.77 MPa before optimization,which is 14.1%less,so the optimization scheme is feasible.
