摘　　要：深入探讨了大型工程机械设备管理与维护信息化平台建设的必要性及实施策略。分析了传统设备管理中的难点,如追踪、查询、统计、提醒和溯源等问题。详细阐述了设备全生命周期管理前期管理、中期管理和后期管理三个阶段,并强调了信息化管理在提升设备管理效率方面的关键作用。进一步介绍了机械设备信息化管理平台的建设目标,包括实现全生命周期的可视化管理、高效响应服务需求、备件规范化管理和预测性维护等。同时,详细描述了平台的功能架构和技术架构,展示了如何通过物联网技术、大数据分析等手段实现设备的全面监控和管理。最后,针对特种设备(如架桥机)的安全监控管理模块进行了介绍,展示了如何通过数据监控、视频监控和远程监控等手段实现设备的安全运行。The necessity and implementation strategy of informationization platform construction for management and maintenance of large-scale engineering machinery and equipment are discussed in depth.Firstly,it analyzes the difficulties in traditional equipment management,such as tracking,querying,statistics,reminding and traceability.Then,it elaborates the three stages of equipment life cycle management:pre management,mid management and post management,and emphasizes the key role of informationization management in improving the efficiency of equipment management.The construction objectives of the mechanical equipment information management platform are further introduced,including the realization of full life cycle visualization management,efficient response to service demand,standardized management of spare parts and predictive maintenance.At the same time,the paper describes the functional and technical architecture of the platform in detail,showing how to realize the comprehensive monitoring and management of equipment by means of Internet of Things(IoT)technology,big data analysis and other means.Finally,the safety monitoring and management module for special equipment(e.g.bridging machines)is introduced,showing how to realize the safe operation of the equipment by means of data monitoring,video monitoring and remote monitoring.
