摘  要:首次采用四梁四轨铰接端梁桥架和行星三减速器起升机构的组合应用在亚洲起重量最大的550 t超大型铸造起重机上,并且尝试在主起升机构卷筒联轴器加装电子磨损检测装置提高监测精度。结果表明,设计的铸造起重机有效降低了起重机整车高度和整机重量,提高了主起升机构的安全性与整机的智能化水平,完全满足用户的使用要求。该项目的成功填补了国内相关领域的空白,引领了我国大型铸造起重机技术的进步,促进了民族工业的发展。For the first time,the combination of four-beam and four-rail articulated end girder bridge and planetary triple-reducer hoisting mechanism is applied to the 550 t super-large casting crane with the largest lifting capacity in Asia,and an attempt is made to improve the monitoring accuracy by installing an electronic wear detecting device in the reel coupling of the main hoisting mechanism.The results show that the designed casting crane effectively reduces the crane height and machine weight,improves the safety of the main hoisting mechanism and the intelligent level of the machine,and fully meets the user's requirements.The success of this project has filled the gaps in the domestic related fields,led the progress of large casting crane technology in China,and promoted the development of national industry.
