摘　　要：重点分析了采用液压绞车、张紧油缸这2种张紧方式的带式输送机张紧装置结构、运行方式以及关键部件选型,在山西三元煤业南翼1号带式输送机进行实际应用。应用结果表明,该带式输送机张紧装置能够保障带式输送机安全、稳定、连续运行,达到了减人增效、节能降耗的目的。Focusing on the analysis of the belt conveyor tensioning device structure,operation mode and key components selection using hydraulic winches and tensioning cylinders in two tensioning modes,the belt conveyor is practically applied in the No.1 belt conveyor in the south wing of Shanxi Sanyuan Coal Industry.The application results show that the belt conveyor tensioning device can guarantee the safe,stable and continuous operation of the belt conveyor,and achieve the purpose of reducing manpower and increasing efficiency,energy saving and consumption reduction.
