摘 要:针对铁路工程建设中大跨径T梁架设存在的技术难题,如梁体质量大、跨度长导致的吊装困难及精度控制等问题,文章提出一套大跨径T梁的高承载力架设施工方法,首先精确安装支座,确保整体结构的稳定性,然后利用重型龙门吊进行T梁提升,通过精密控制实现安全提梁。在此基础上,运用高效的移梁就位和梁体固定方法,确保每一片T梁都能精准、稳固地放置到位。最后,通过对已完成结构进行荷载试验,验证该施工方法的有效性,确保铁路工程轨道的安全稳定运行。In view of the technical problems existing in the erection of large-span T-beams in railway engineering construction,such as the difficulty of lifting and precision control caused by large beam mass and long span,this paper puts forward a set of high bearing capacity erection construction method for large-span T-beams.Firstly,the supports are accurately installed to ensure the stability of the overall structure,and then the heavy gantry crane is used to lift the T-beams,and the safe beam lifting is realized by precision control.On this basis,the efficient method of beam moving in place and beam body fixing is used to ensure that each piece of T-beam can be placed in place accurately and steadily.Finally,through the load test on the completed structure,the effectiveness of the construction method is verified to ensure the safe and stable operation of the railway engineering track.
