摘 要:不同区域的土层性质差异大,可能导致管桩的承载能力不一致,影响整体稳定性。因此,文章深入探讨复杂建筑地质条件下预应力高强混凝土管桩施工技术的应用。通过对实际工程案例的研究,详细分析施工前的地质勘察、管桩选型与设计、施工工艺及流程,以及施工过程中的质量控制要点和应对复杂地质问题的解决措施。研究结果表明,合理应用该项技术能有效提高基础工程的稳定性和承载能力,为类似复杂地质条件下的建筑工程提供可靠的技术参考和实践经验。The soil properties in different regions are quite different,which may lead to inconsistent bearing capacity of pipe piles and affect the overall stability.Therefore,this paper deeply discusses the application of prestressed high-strength concrete pipe pile construction technology under complex building geological conditions.Through the study of practical engineering cases,the geological survey before construction,pipe pile selection and design,construction technology and process,as well as the quality control points in the construction process and the solutions to complex geological problems are analyzed in detail.The research results show that the reasonable application of this technology can effectively improve the stability and bearing capacity of foundation engineering,and provide reliable technical reference and practice experience for building engineering under similar complex geological conditions.
