山地陡坡柔性光伏支架组件滑移安装方法研究

摘　　要：随着国家“3060•双碳”目标的提出,新能源发电进入规模化快速发展新阶段,光伏产业因其绿色和可持续发展特点而备受欢迎。柔性光伏支架是一种大跨度、多连跨结构,具有可灵活调节、占地面积小、场地平整度低的特点,广泛适用于山地、荒坡、林地等复杂地形条件,具有广阔的应用前景。在施工过程中,因地形复杂,预应力钢绞线主索结构距地面高度随着地形变化较大,组件安装难度大,施工效率较低,高空作业频繁,存在极大的安全隐患。文章主要围绕山地陡坡柔性光伏支架组件滑移安装方法及安全便捷应用展开阐述,验证了该安装方法的安全性、便捷性及经济性。With the proposal of the national"3060•Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality"goals,new energy power generation has entered a new stage of large-scale and rapid development,and the photovoltaic industry is popular because of its green and sustainable development characteristics.Flexible photovoltaic support is a largespan,multi-span structure,which has the characteristics of flexible adjustment,small footprint and low site smoothness.It is widely used in complex terrain conditions such as mountain,barren slope and forest land,and has broad application prospects.During the construction process,due to the complex terrain,the height of the main cable structure of the prestressed steel strand from the ground changes greatly with the terrain,the component installation is difficult,the construction efficiency is low,the high-altitude operation is frequent,and there is a great potential safety hazard.This paper mainly focuses on the sliding installation method and safe and convenient application of flexible photovoltaic support components on mountainous steep slopes,and verifies the safety,convenience and economy of the installation method.
