摘　　要：建筑工程的施工内容复杂,工程管理难度大。文章以某地区的住宅建筑为研究对象,从建设单位、施工单位、监理单位等方面总结了建筑工程管理中存在的问题,并从管理体系,施工人员培训、重大危险源管理等方面提出了改善建筑工程管理质量的对策,可为类似建筑工程管理提供参考。The construction content of the building engineering is complex,and the engineering management is difficult.Taking the residential building in a certain area as the research object,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the building engineering management from the aspects of developer,contractor and supervisor,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the quality of building engineering management from the aspects of management system,construction personnel training and major hazard source management,which can provide reference for similar building engineering management.
