摘　　要：文章以深圳机场东枢纽综合开发项目为例,详细分析了混合型TOD住宅小区建筑设计与审查重难点。具体从总图设计、建筑单体设计两部分出发,强调了合理布局各类业态的重要性,讨论了居住建筑、商业综合体、公配设施、地下车库、绿建节能、海绵城市等建筑相关内容,总结该类型项目的典型特点,旨在为此类项目的设计提供有益参考和帮助。Taking Shenzhen Airport East Hub comprehensive development project as an example,this paper analyzes the key and difficult points in architectural design and review of mixed TOD residential quarter in detail.Starting from the two parts of general layout design and single building design,it emphasizes the importance of rational layout of various types of business forms,discusses the building related contents such as residential buildings,commercial complexes,public facilities,underground garages,green building and energy conservation,sponge city,and summarizes the typical characteristics of this type of project,aiming to provide useful reference and help for the design of such projects.
