摘 要:深圳河是深圳的母亲河,也是深圳市与香港特别行政区的界河,干流规划防洪标准为200年一遇。随着城市的快速发展,下垫面水文条件剧烈变化,深圳河现状防洪形势严峻,罗湖卡口段防洪能力不足10年一遇。文章基于深圳河流域防洪现状,从城市与河流协调发展角度出发,提出基于调蓄洞库的深圳河防洪方案,旨在有效削减干流洪峰流量,降低干流堤防加高高度,为流域水资源综合利用提供条件,助力打造深圳河流域安全、生态、美丽的城市防洪体系。Shenzhen River is the mother river of Shenzhen,and it is also the boundary river between Shenzhen and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.The flood control planning standard of the main stream is once in 200 years.With the rapid development of the city,the hydrological conditions of the underlying surface have changed dramatically,the current flood control situation of the Shenzhen River is grim,and the flood control capacity of the Luohu bottle-neck section is less than once in 10 years.Based on the current situation of flood control in Shenzhen River basin,from the perspective of coordinated development of the city and the river,this paper puts forward a flood control scheme for Shenzhen River based on regulation and storage cave depot,aiming at effectively reducing the peak flow of the main stream and reducing the heightening height of the main stream embankment,providing conditions for the comprehensive utilization of water resources in the basin,and helping to build a safe,ecological and beautiful urban flood control system in Shenzhen River basin.
