摘　　要：现代社会,城市建设迅猛发展,旧楼房加装电梯成为提高居民生活品质和便利性的重要举措。文章通过调研和查找相关资料,对旧楼房加装电梯的影响因素、技术挑战及解决方案进行分析,基于其经济效益评估和社会影响,提出相关建议,即充分利用国家政策,加强政策引导和经济扶持,加大技术支持和培训力度,建立全面的配套设施,采取相应的管理措施,推动城市的可持续发展。In modern society,with the rapid development of urban construction,the installation of elevators in old buildings has become an important measure to improve the quality and convenience of residents'life.This paper analyzes the influencing factors,technical challenges and solutions of installing elevators in old buildings by investigating and searching relevant data.Based on its economic benefit evaluation and social influence,it puts forward relevant suggestions,that is,making full use of national policies,strengthening policy guidance and economic support,increasing technical support and training,establishing comprehensive supporting facilities,and taking corresponding management measures to promote the sustainable development of the city.
