摘  要:大跨径预应力混凝土(prestressed concrete, PC)连续箱梁桥具有工程造价低、施工期对桥下通航(行)影响小、结构刚度大、外形流畅美观、易于养护等结构特点,在公路工程跨越高等级航道或其他被交道路等方面有广泛的应用。文章以京杭运河特大桥为例,介绍主梁构造设计、预应力体系、下部构造设计及桥梁施工流程,建立有限元模型对该桥进行静力验算,结果表明各项指标均满足要求,结构尺寸取值合理。通过抗震计算得出,E2地震作用下墩柱均处于弹性阶段,满足抗震设防目标,可为同类型桥梁设计提供借鉴和参考。Large-span prestressed concrete(PC)continuous box girder bridge has the structural characteristics of low engineering cost,little infl uence on the navigation under the bridge during the construction period,large structural stiffness,smooth and beautiful appearance,easy maintenance and so on.It is widely used in highway engineering across high-grade waterways or other intersected roads.Taking Beijing-Hangzhou Canal Extra-large Bridge as an example,this paper introduces the structural design of the main beam,the prestressed system,the design of the lower structure and the construction process of the bridge,establishes the finite element model to carry out static force checking calculation of the bridge.The results show that all the indexes meet the requirements and the structural size is reasonable.Through seismic calculation,it is concluded that the pier columns are in the elastic stage under the action of E2 earthquake,which meets the seismic fortifi cation target and can provide reference for the design of the same type of bridge.
