摘 要:为避免公路路面在重载交通和冬冷夏热环境周期作用下发生裂缝、车辙等早期破坏,提升道路服务水平,延长其使用寿命,文章以某新建公路ZT2标段中面层为研究对象,探讨高性能沥青路面Superpave-20的原材料要求、配合比设计,对实施过程的技术要点进行定性和定量分析。结果表明:Superpave-20高性能沥青混凝土路面压实度和平整度等关键指标均满足技术要求,施工质量满足公路-Ⅰ级荷载的行车要求,达到了工程预期。In order to avoid the early damages such as cracks and ruts on highway pavement under the action of heavy load traffi c and cold winter and hot summer environment cycle,improve the road service level and prolong its service life,this paper takes the surface course in ZT2 bidding section of a newly-built highway as the research object,discusses the raw material requirements and mixture proportion design of high performance asphalt pavement Superpave-20,and makes qualitative and quantitative analysis of the key technical points in the implementation process.The results show that the key indexes such as compactness and flatness of Superpave-20 high performance asphalt concrete pavement meet the technical requirements,and the construction quality meets the driving requirements of highway-I load,which meets the engineering expectation.
