高速铁路隧道二次衬砌双台车养护技术应用研究

摘  要:为顺应高速铁路隧道施工的发展趋势与管理要求,文章研发一种新型隧道二次衬砌养护技术,将其应用于高速铁路隧道工程建设。结果表明,应用隧道二次衬砌双台车养护技术可实现隧道二衬凝期内连续养护;智能化控制系统的应用可实现衬砌养护温湿度智能控制调节,有效提升二衬养护效果。In order to comply with the development trend and management requirements of high-speed railway tunnel construction,a new type of tunnel secondary lining maintenance technology is developed and applied to the construction of high-speed railway tunnel engineering.The results show that the application of tunnel secondary lining double trolley maintenance technology can realize continuous maintenance of tunnel secondary lining during condensation period;the application of intelligent control system can realize the intelligent control and adjustment of temperature and humidity in lining maintenance,and effectively improve the effect of secondary lining maintenance.
