摘  要:文章以深圳某深基坑工程为背景,对比分析张弦梁钢支撑与混凝土支撑的支护方案,概述张弦梁钢支撑支护方案设计平面图,探讨张弦梁钢支撑施工技术要求,如安装、施加预应力、拆除等,实现主动控制基坑变形,并基于监测数据,分析支护桩顶水平位移变形规律。监测数据显示,支护桩顶水平位移在报警值范围内,主动控制变形效果较好。在此基础上,提出装配式张弦梁钢支撑施工关键控制点,以充分发挥技术优势。实践证明,装配式张弦梁钢支撑在造价、工期、土方开挖效率和低碳节能方面均有一定优势,在该深基坑工程的成功应用可为类似工程提供参考。Based on the background of a deep foundation pit project in Shenzhen,this paper compares and analyzes the support schemes of beam string steel support and concrete support,outlines the design plan of beam string steel support scheme,discusses the technical requirements of beam string steel support construction,such as installation,prestressing and demolition,so as to realize the active control of foundation pit deformation,and analyzes the horizontal displacement deformation law of support pile top based on the monitoring data.The monitoring data show that the horizontal displacement of the support pile top is within the range of the alarm value,and the effect of active deformation control is good.On this basis,the key control points of prefabricated beam string steel support construction are put forward to give full play to the technical advantages.Practice has proved that the prefabricated beam string steel support has certain advantages in terms of cost,construction period,earthwork excavation efficiency and low carbon energy saving,and its successful application in the deep foundation pit project can provide reference for similar projects.
