摘　　要：建筑幕墙具有建造速度快、节能效果好、更新维护方便、外观新颖美观等优势,在建筑领域的应用范围十分广泛。但我国引入建筑幕墙技术的时间较短,在技术、质量管理等方面仍存在问题,影响了幕墙工程质量。为此,文章以深圳莲塘口岸幕墙项目为例,对该项目的施工重难点进行分析,并结合多年的项目管理经验,提出有效的质量保障措施,为保证幕墙项目施工质量和顺利完成施工任务提供经验参考。Building curtain wall has the advantages of fast construction speed,good energy-saving effect,convenient updating and maintenance,novel and beautiful appearance,and has a wide range of application in the construction field.However,the introduction of building curtain wall technology in China is relatively short,and there are still problems in technology and quality management,which affect the quality of curtain wall engineering.For this reason,taking Liantang Port curtain wall project in Shenzhen as an example,this paper analyzes the key and difficult construction points of the project,and puts forward effective quality assurance measures based on years of project management experience,so as to provide experience reference for ensuring the construction quality of the curtain wall project and successfully completing the construction task.
