摘 要:随着极端天气事件的频繁发生,南方地区在雨季经常面临内涝问题,这对居民的出行和财产安全造成了严重威胁,因而如何有效防止内涝成为公众关注的焦点。海绵城市理念的给排水系统,可采取多种措施最大限度地利用和管理降雨资源,降低洪涝灾害的影响。基于此,文章依托海绵城市理念,结合小区室外排水工程的实际情况,重点探讨了小区室外排水与海绵城市设施之间的结合策略,包括设置雨水蓄水池、下凹绿地及雨水花园,合理布置雨水口、排水沟及相关附属设施,旨在减少城市洪涝风险,改善城市环境,保护生态系统。With the frequent occurrence of extreme weather events,the southern region often faces waterlogging problems in the rainy season,which poses serious threat to residents'travel and property safety.Therefore,how to effectively prevent waterlogging has become the focus of public attention.The water supply and drainage system based on the sponge city concept can take various measures to maximize the utilization and management of rainfall resources and reduce the impact of flood disasters.Based on this,this paper relies on the sponge city concept,and focuses on the combination strategy between the neighbourhood outdoor drainage and the sponge city facilities combined with the actual situation of the neighbourhood outdoor drainage project,including the setting of rainwater reservoirs,sunken green spaces and rain gardens,and the rational layout of rainwater outlets,drainage ditches and related ancillary facilities,aiming to reduce the risk of urban fl oods,improve the urban environment,and protect the ecosystem.
