摘 要:承载力检测是确保基桩质量的关键环节,传统静载试验方法复杂且安全风险高,自平衡法静载试验方法操作简单,且不受场地环境限制,具有明显的应用优势。文章基于试验原理,结合具体工程案例研究试验的具体应用方法,并根据当前的试验情况,从低油压高出力液压顶、筒型结构荷载箱、荷载箱部位声测管连接等方面提出荷载箱的优化方向,以期为相关工作者提供参考。Bearing capacity detection is the key link to ensure the quality of foundation piles.The traditional static load test method is complex and has high safety risks.The self-balancing static load test method is simple to operate and is not limited by the site environment,which has obvious application advantages.Based on the test principle,combined with specifi c engineering cases,the specifi c application method of the test is studied,and according to the current test situation,this paper puts forward the optimization direction of the load box from the aspects of low oil pressure and high force hydraulic jacking,cylinder structure load box,sonic logging pipe connection at load box part,in order to provide reference for relevant workers.
